Customers must follow all packaging and mailing instructions provided in the kit.
Failure to follow instructions may affect insurance coverage.

If Gold Vault provides prepaid, insured shipping materials, coverage applies only when:

Remains with the customer if alternative shipping methods are used
Return of Items
If an offer is declined, items will be returned in accordance with agreed shipping terms.
